Here are some of our most freqently asked questions! 

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. If you’ve been in contact with us about making something specifically for you, please allow at least 2 weeks for ordering of materials and production.

Q: Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?
A: Yes! We refund any shipping overages after your order is packaged up and ready to send.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We absolutely do! We use an affordable, flat rate shipping option for all orders! Please note that tracking on international orders will often stop after they leave the USA and not update until the order lands in the country of receipt. Due to the uncertain nature of USPS and its partner parcel delivery services worldwide, as well as the customs officers used in this low-cost shipping method, all USPS delivery times are estimates, and can vary wildly between 2 and 8 weeks, based largely on your country's customs offices.

Q: When will you be restocking?
A: We try to restock as quickly as possible, but working from home with three kids 5 and under keeps us on our toes too! If you've got your heart set on something specific, send us an email and we will see what we can do! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest products!


Q: How can I contact you with my question/concern/photos to share?

Q: Where is Oliver and Lucy Designs located?
A: Lincoln, NE

Q: Do Oliver and Lucy Designs items fade?
A: We have done our very best to work with fabric distributers who offer only high quality fabrics. As with any soft line product, normal wear and tear may produce minimal fading after multiple washes.

Q: Do they shrink?
A: Minimal shrinking may occur with first washing.

Q: How do I wash them?
A: Wash them as normal with your other clothing! Though, we tend to prefer cold water washing our cottons, just to keep them looking crisp over multiple washes. The blankets need to be tumble dried on LOW heat or air dried to preserve the softness of the "fur". High heat can compromise the fibers and cause them to stiffen. 

Q: Do you offer coupon codes or discounts?
A: We do! We typically post our sales info on our Instagram or Facebook.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: At this time, we are at capacity for new wholesale accounts. If you'd like to be on our wait list, you can contact us at heather@oliverandlucydesigns.com

Q: How can I host a giveaway featuring Oliver and Lucy Designs?
A: In order to have the best availability for our wonderful customer base, we no longer furnish any product for review blogs and limit our giveaway and feature participation accordingly. If you’re interested in writing a feature about our business or hosting a giveaway, please provide us with current stats about your followers and engagement so we can make an informed decision to best allocate our time and resources. Please contact Heather at heather@oliverandlucydesigns.com

 

ORDERING INFO + POLICIES

Welcome to Oliver and Lucy Designs, where you'll find hand crafted, unique items for babies, moms, and women.


All items are ready to ship in 1-2 business days via our USPS Priority Shipping option.

Nebraska sales will be charged appropriate state sales tax depending on your zip code.

Returns are accepted on all unused, unwashed and unworn stock items within 2 weeks of receipt of your order if you are unhappy with your item or damage was caused to the item through no fault of your own. Please contact us before returning your item, and a refund (minus return shipping charges) will be processed as soon as possible after we receive it. We are also happy to accept returns for exchange or shop credit up to 30 days after receipt on in-season items. Returns are not accepted on SALE items.

Packages that go missing via USPS will be offered store credit (no refunds) or a replacement AFTER 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website.

Please be aware that smartphone screens, table screens, and computer screens do not always depict colors exactly as they will appear in real life. If you are need of an exact match, please contact us for swatches.
